Build a Contract Management Function from the Ground Up
LHH is partnering with a leading aviation organization to identify a Fleet Contracts Manager who will play a critical role in managing and overseeing aircraft-related contracts across multiple business divisions.
This is a newly created position born from company growth and offers a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership while helping streamline and scale contract management processes throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in commercial contract administration, procurement, aviation, asset management, legal operations, or other highly regulated industries.
What You'll Do
- Manage aircraft lease agreements, amendments, renewals, assignments, extensions, and terminations
- Coordinate documentation related to aircraft acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and procurement transactions
- Track contractual obligations, key dates, compliance milestones, delivery schedules, and maintenance requirements
- Serve as a primary liaison between Legal, Finance, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and external stakeholders
- Maintain contract repositories and transaction records
- Support due diligence efforts for fleet and asset transactions
- Prepare executive-level reports, contract summaries, and status updates
- Identify and elevate contractual risks and compliance concerns
- Ensure agreements align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, commercial agreements, procurement, asset management, aviation, or related fields
- Experience managing complex commercial contracts involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience supporting legal departments, attorneys, corporate transactions, or legal operations is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Paralegal certification, legal training, or related education is a plus
- Familiarity with aviation contracts, aircraft leasing, FAA documentation, transportation assets, or other regulated industries is highly desirable
- J.D. is welcomed but not required
