Business Process Engineer – Digital Transformation

Location: Dallas or Plano, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Experience: 5+ years preferred

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Engineer to support enterprise-wide Digital Transformation initiatives across AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience analyzing, designing, documenting, and optimizing business processes while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current-state business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and document future-state processes, workflows, process maps, and SOPs.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Facilitate process workshops with Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Partner with Program and Project Managers to align process improvements with business objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Define and track KPIs and process performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and workflow optimization.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support change management, training, and process documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and current process documentation as programs evolve.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Engineering, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
  • Strong experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN
    .
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience defining and tracking process KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Telecommunications industry experience.
  • Experience supporting Digital Transformation, AI, Personalization, or Digital Platform initiatives.
  • Experience working within a PMO or Transformation Office.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience with RPA, low-code, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Candidates must be local to the Dallas/Plano, TX area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week
    .
