Senior Product Manager

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 6-15 years of Product Management experience, ideally with prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Application Engineering
• Proven success developing product strategies, roadmaps, and launching new products
• Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive landscapes, pricing strategies, and financial modeling
• Experience building and presenting business cases to executive leadership
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into successful product solutions
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, distributors, partners, and industry organizations
• Experience with stage-gate product development processes
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization efforts
• Identify market trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities
• Develop business cases, go-to-market strategies, and pricing plans for new products
• Conduct competitive and market analysis
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and leadership teams to drive product success
• Support product launches, training, and customer engagement
• Maintain product roadmaps and lifecycle plans

• Master's Degree in Engineering and/or MBA
• Experience with Aha! or other road mapping tools

The role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to build business cases, define go-to-market strategies, and successfully launch new products.

This position requires strong customer engagement, executive presentation skills, and the ability to translate market needs into a successful product roadmap and long-term growth strategy. Travel up to 50% is required.
