The Operations Manager keeps cross-functional execution on track across a cloud-based technology environment, coordinating engineering, product, customer success, finance, and go-to-market workflows. This role owns operating rhythms, process documentation, business systems, and performance reporting. The work matters because reliable execution, clean data, and clearly managed handoffs allow technical and business teams to scale without adding unnecessary friction.

• Own recurring operating processes, including quarterly planning, weekly business reviews, launch readiness, and postmortem follow-up
• Coordinate cross-functional projects in Asana, Jira, or similar tools, tracking scope, dependencies, risks, owners, and delivery dates
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools using data from Salesforce, Jira, and business systems
• Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks in product delivery, customer onboarding, support workflows, and internal service operations
• Document standard operating procedures, decision rights, and system workflows in Notion, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms
• Manage business-process improvements and automation using tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, Workato, or native platform integrations
• Prepare concise operating reviews for leadership, surfacing KPI trends, execution risks, resource constraints, and recommended actions

• 3-8 years of experience in operations, project management, program management, business systems, or a related function within a technology company
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, with measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or delivery speed
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using spreadsheets, SQL, BI dashboards, or operational reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SaaS business processes and systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Service Now, Slack, or similar platforms
• Excellent project organization and communication skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and influence teams without direct authority
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
