Business Insight Analyst III

• Develop and deliver business performance reports to support objective operational decisions
• Perform data analysis and identify trends to help business units analyze and improve performance
• Ensure consistency and integrity of reported data
• Work with all levels of management to determine reporting requirements
• Communicate improvement opportunities and analysis to business unit leaders
• Draw observations and make recommendations addressing business strategy
• Guide clients in structuring needed reports
• Make recommendations based on data analysis and interpretation
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Advise and partner with clients on strategy alignment and best practices
• Provide strategic and analytical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members
• Support continuous improvement through training and cross-training

• Position requires basic business skills and an understanding of general financial operations and major AR goals, preferably in the healthcare environment
• Advanced SQL language skills, including creating complex queries and stored procedures
• Power BI experience required
• Micro Strategy experience required
• 4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS, or Engineering
• 3–7 years of analytics and reporting experience
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Advanced problem-solving, conceptual, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills, data presentation/visualization, and technical capabilities
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills
• Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to adapt to various Patient Accounting systems

Demonstrates advanced analytical capabilities with a strong focus on SQL, Power BI, and Micro Strategy to develop business performance reports and provide strategic guidance. Possesses excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor team members and collaborate with management on operational improvements.
