Role Description

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will manage the full accounting cycle for Innovative Packaging Group, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This full-time, on-site role in Dallas, TX includes maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. The role also involves handling payroll and payroll taxes, managing sales tax reporting with Avalara, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will collaborate with leadership on budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis, while maintaining organized documentation and supporting external auditors or tax professionals as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency with Accounting Software (INFOR FACTS is a +) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong skills in financial reporting and payroll processing
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Effective communication abilities
