Contracts Management Manager
You will be the Contracts Management Manager for the PAC-3 Sustainment Program within the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Line of Business. Our team is responsible for delivering contract excellence that sustains the PAC-3 program. As the Contracts Management Manager you will be responsible for overseeing contract execution, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the sustainment effort. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage contract strategies that support PAC-3 sustainment objectives.
- Monitor contract performance, compliance, and risk, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance partners to align contract requirements with program goals.
- Lead negotiations, modifications, and extensions with customers and subcontractors.
- Provide regular status reporting and executive briefings on contract health and milestones.

This position is in Dallas. US Citizenship Required - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Generally has 8+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Experience with US Government and/or International customers and contracts
Experience with contract negotiations
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Knowledge and documented application of acquisition regulations (FAR & DFARS)
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
