This is a high-visibility Insights Manager opportunity supporting one of the company's most important growth work streams. You'll evaluate business opportunities, develop executive-level recommendations, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Analyze business opportunities and initiatives, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Develop executive-ready presentations and communications that influence decision-making and drive alignment across stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives
• Build compelling data storytelling and enablement materials that help teams understand and execute key business priorities
• Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in insights, analytics, strategy, consulting, category management, executive communications, project management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business/consumer data and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and presentations
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong experience using syndicated data, business intelligence, or reporting tools (e.g., Circana, Nielsen, Power BI, Tableau)
• Preferred:
  • Experience supporting strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, or business integration
  • Experience supporting senior executives or commercial leadership teams within CPG, retail, or other multi-brand organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling presentations, sales enablement materials, or executive communications that simplify complex business concepts
