** Experience Product Management
** Leads multiple Product Managers to orchestrate and deliver experiences against an integrated set of end-to-end priorities that will delight our clients while delivering breakthrough business results.

** Key Responsibilities and Duties
*** Define and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate impact and effectiveness of solutions.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and managerial support to Product Managers for their assigned core experiences and journeys.
* Lead the Experience product management lifecycle for assigned journey across platforms/channels and internal/external client groups.
* Partner with Technology, Design, and other teams to align experience and tech capability roadmaps and investments.
* Champion the client experience across shared sub-products and platforms supporting all clients.
* Diagnose friction in experiences and prioritizes/drives ongoing enhancements through partnerships.
* Drive feature/capability roadmap assessment and development across assigned journey to deliver customer and business outcomes.
* Foster innovation, collaboration, leverage new technologies and champion measurable impactful change to build TIAA's customer experience brand through internal and external initiatives.

PLResponsible for driving advice growth and adoption across the TIAA ecosystem via enterprise-wide capabilities including Digital Lead Gen (Advice Cards, Triggers and Channel Optimization), Yodlee (Account Aggregation), Meeting Scheduler and AI.

** Anticipated Posting End Date:
** Base Pay Range: $173,000/yr - $238,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
