Business Analyst; ERP Implementation

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization undergoing significant transformation, is looking for a Business Analyst.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in one of the most significant transformation programs in our organization's history. As we modernize our core business systems through a large-scale ERP transformation, you'll work at the heart of the program, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to understand how our business operates today and help design how it will operate tomorrow.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• Experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex ERP transformation programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes including inventory, purchasing, warehousing, order management, and fulfillment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments

• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring ERP solutions deliver real business value
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and future business requirements
• Run workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions
• Analyze complex business processes across various functions
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional requirements
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Business Experts, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Developers, and third-party partners
• Support solution design and facilitate decision making
• Manage requirements through change and support testing and business readiness
