Program Manager, Corporate Real Estate

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Program Manager to serve as the operational leader and chief integrator for major workplace and real estate transformation programs, ensuring complex initiatives are governed effectively, delivered efficiently, and aligned with executive  the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business.

What you'll do in the role:

- Serve as the operational leader and chief integrator for major workplace and real estate transformation programs, coordinating multiple work streams to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.

- Act as the Program Director's primary partner, translating strategic direction into integrated program plans, governance routines, decision forums, and execution priorities.

- Maintain disciplined program governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, issue escalation, decision logs, dependency management, and executive-ready performance updates.

- Drive accountability across business stakeholders, project teams, consultants, and vendors by clarifying ownership, tracking commitments, and ensuring timely follow-through on critical actions.

- Identify, manage, and escalate program risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring leadership has timely visibility into critical decisions, trade-offs, and mitigation plans.

- Connect strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-disciplinary programs to support efficient delivery, executive oversight, and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll bring to the role:

- Extensive experience in program management, project delivery, corporate real estate, workplace transformation, operations, consulting, or a related field, with a track record of leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives.

- Strong understanding of program governance, executive reporting, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, stakeholder engagement, and vendor or consultant coordination.

- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into structured plans, operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and clear execution priorities across cross-functional teams.

- Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise leadership materials, escalate critical decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across diverse audiences.

- Highly organized and proactive, with strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred; program or project management certification a plus.

The position’s work location will be 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75202 at a future date. The role may begin remotely until the office location becomes available. In-Person interviews will be required for the role.
