Product Manager
the company (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At the company, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.
Working at the company means you’ll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that’s shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.
About the role:This is a defining opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to build the platform that brings every new the company product to market.
the company is launching a generation of products that do not price like traditional software:
AI agents billed on usage, and products billed on the outcomes they deliver. Before a customer can buy any of them, each one has to be packaged, metered, rated, entitled, and invoiced. Today that work gets rebuilt product by product. You will make it a platform.
You will own two numbers:
time to market
, measured from beta to general availability, and margin on the products you help launch. Margin belongs in this role because consumption products carry unit costs that licensed software does not. Pricing one profitably means knowing what it costs to serve, per customer and per unit of usage, and putting that number in front of the people making the pricing decision.
You will build the monetization primitives every product team depends on, and you will shape what the company charges for and how it bundles.
You will work across the full product suite, from fleet and equipment to the AI products built on top of them.

In this role, you will:- Own the monetization platform that carries a product from beta to general availability: packaging, entitlements, metering, rating, and provisioning.
- Own time to market and margin. Set the targets, instrument both, and improve them launch over launch.
- Define how the company prices consumption and outcomes
, including agent usage, MCP and API access, and products billed on the results they produce.
- Make unit economics visible at the point of decision
, so a team can see what a product costs to serve before they set its price.
- Build each primitive once
, so product teams ship commercial changes without reinventing metering or entitlement logic.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Revenue Systems to keep what you build billable, reportable, and auditable.
- Champion, role model, and embed the company's cultural principles as we scale globally.
- 7+ years of product management experience shipping products used by external customers.
- A record of owning a business or product metric and changing its trajectory
, with a before and after you can walk us through.
- Experience building platform or infrastructure products that other product and engineering teams depend on
, including at least one you took from zero to one.
- Technical depth sufficient for engineers to treat you as a peer: a degree in Computer Science…
