Mid-Level Capital Markets Associate

Overview

• Mid-level Associate position in the Capital Markets group at Reed Smith's Dallas office.
• Requires 3-5 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in IPOs, follow‑on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings.
• Experience with '34 Act work for public companies is preferred but not required.
• Must be an active member of the Texas bar.
• Salary range: $235,000 - $365,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and location.
