Role Description
Dallas Country Club is currently seeking a qualified individual to work as a Youth Programming Assistant. The ideal candidate will be creative, personable and enthusiastic, with strong organizational skills and a keen sense of awareness. This role aims to offer an enjoyable experience for our members while ensuring their safety and well-bring remain a top priority. DCC was founded in 1896 and is the most exclusive and prestigious private club in the area and we pride ourselves on hiring the best of the best.

- Provide childcare services for children ages 4 months to 6 years old.
- Ensure constant organization and supervision of children.
- Exhibit a professional attitude and leadership skills.
- Supervise and actively participate in all youth club events.
- Answer phone calls adhering to proper etiquette, tone and demeanor at all times.
- Stay up to date with all Club email communications, memos, newsletters and website materials.
- Provide members and guests with friendly greetings and farewells.
- Monitor daily usage in both childcare and youth room facilities.
- Complete daily checklist and youth programming recaps.
- Maintain flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by management staff.
- Other support functions as needed.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Experience with children of all ages.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Word Program.
- First Aid/ CPR AED Certified (on the job training offered).
- Child Abuse/Awareness Course Required.
- Our childcare hours operate Monday through Saturday 7:00am – 3:00pm, and Tuesday through Friday 5:00pm – 9:00pm.
- Candidates must be attentive, motivated, creative, and excited about working with children.
