Job OverviewHERACK INC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Construction Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential development projects. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects run efficiently, budgets are tracked, timelines are met, and teams are aligned from start to finish. You'll work on diverse housing types—including single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes—while contributing to the company's growing impact across the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across multiple active residential construction sites.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities.
- Monitor budgets, control project expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Track schedules, enforce deadlines, and report on project milestones and KPIs.
- Present development plans to city officials to secure building permits.

Implement operational processes and best practices to optimize workflows. - Support procurement, staffing, and resource allocation decisions.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistical and operational issues.
- Lead communication with external vendors to maintain accountability and alignment.
- Associate's Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential development, construction operations, or project management.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, permitting, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Reliable vehicle required for local travel between project sites.
