We are seeking an Estimator ready to join a crew that refuses to settle for average. This role works closely with ownership, project managers, and operations to develop accurate, competitive, and well-scoped project estimates. You will work side‑by‑side with a team that leads with deep experience, integrity, and a passion for excellence.

This position is ideal for someone early in their construction career who is analytical, detail-driven, and interested in the preconstruction side of commercial construction—not a long‑term assistant role.

• Preconstruction Planning: Prepare precise quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for high-end interior build‑outs and ground‑up construction.
• Technical Analysis: Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify technical requirements for MEP and custom millwork.
• Bid Management: Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure competitive and accurate project pricing.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential budget or scope issues before they become delays—being proactive rather than reactive is what sets us apart.
