Construction Estimator

A reputable and growing Commercial General Contractor in Dallas is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their preconstruction team. This contractor specializes in ground-up commercial construction, delivering projects across healthcare, industrial, automotive facilities, and office developments throughout the Texas market.

With a strong backlog of upcoming work and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, this is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator looking for long-term career growth with a stable and well-respected GC.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for ground-up commercial projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews from drawings and specifications
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• Develop conceptual and GMP estimates
• Support value engineering and preconstruction planning
• Collaborate closely with project management and leadership teams

• 3+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial GC
• Proven background estimating ground-up commercial projects
• Experience across healthcare, industrial, automotive, or office projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methods and market pricing
• Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Consistent pipeline of commercial ground-up projects
