Senior Superintendent

Experienced Senior Superintendent with 8+ years as a General Contractor is needed to lead commercial construction projects.

Required experience in one or more of the following project types:

Showrooms
Ground‑up construction (two stories or less)
Restaurants and airport concessions

Most projects are in the DFW area; upcoming 2026 work includes Canton, TX (ground‑up bank) and Austin, TX (bank interiors).

Assignments may involve running a single project independently or supporting a larger project team.

This is a client‑facing position and essential to represent the company, retain clients, and support future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction projects in the field from start to finish
Create and maintain project schedules (MS شديد or P6 preferred)
Maintain a clean, organized irrational safe jobsite
Participate in and represent the team during weekly owner meetings
Work closely with Project Managers to control budgets and schedules
Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills

Qualifications batang

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory

Experience with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam preferred (or ability to learn quickly)

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Strong organizational and communication skills
