Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Superintendent located in Dallas, TX. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for direct on-site supervision, construction oversight, and crew management. Daily tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, managing the efficient flow of work on the job site, ensuring compliance with electrical design and safety standards, overseeing the quality of installations, and resource allocation.
The role ensures that electrical projects meet quality standards and are completed efficiently, on time, and on budget.
For a little more information, our client has been established for over 30 years, they work on commercial projects valued up to and exceeding $10M and have an incredibly experienced senior leadership team for new employees to learn from. They work on a variety of exciting projects with a focus on medical buildings, K-12 facilities, and Data Centers. They are rapidly growing and will soon be working on even bigger projects, so it is most definitely an exciting and beneficial time to join!
Finally, they really do value internal promotions, so fast-track progression (including into Senior Superintendent and General Superintendent roles) is a real thing with this company. – of course, you can also go down the estimation or project management routes, too.
Requirements- Strong knowledge in Electricity and Electrical Contracting.
- Experience in site supervision, safety management, and crew leadership.
- Strong NEC knowledge.
- Experience using Procore/Bluebeam is beneficial.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, must have managed a crew of 3+, but ideally 8+.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Journeyman/Master Electrician license is necessary for this site-based leadership role.
- Experience as a Superintendent/Foreman/Lead Electrician on commercial projects exceeding $1M is necessary.
- Hourly Rate – $52–$60 p/h.
- Quarterly bonus.
- PTO – 80 hours year 1, more in future. – can be negotiated.
- 401k Match 3%.
