Construction Superintendent; Night Shift

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Superintendent with K-12 construction experience to join a small, tight-knit team delivering school projects across the DFW area. This role is a full-time overnight Superintendent position supporting K-12 projects.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on K-12 construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics during overnight work
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and district requirements
• Coordinate closely with project managers and ownership
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites
• Communicate effectively with school representatives and inspectors

• Proven Superintendent experience on K-12 construction projects for a General Contractor
• Comfortable working overnight schedules (with flexibility built in)
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and school-occupied/secure environments
• DISD experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-starter mentality—able to run work without heavy oversight
