Heavy Equipment Operator, Construction Labor / Trades
Outside The Lines, Inc. (OTL) is a national design-build specialty contractor focused on water features, fountains, rockwork, and custom themed construction. Our work is technical, hands‑on, and built by teams that take pride in doing things right. We don’t operate with heavy hierarchy or egos. Foremen, Superintendents, and crews work together in the field to build unique projects from start to finish.
ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Foreman is a hands‑on field leader who works directly with the crew while helping the Superintendent execute the work. This is not a stand‑back role. You will be actively building the project, operating equipment, guiding laborers, and keeping daily production moving.
