Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 85-125K base
AboutThe Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial roofing projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role is responsible for project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and know commercial roofing inside and out, this is a great opportunity to lead impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking
- Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts proactively
- Ensure projects comply with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and billing
- Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial roofing projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the DFW area
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience working with large-scale commercial or industrial roofing projects
