Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in tilt-wall construction to oversee commercial and industrial projects in the Dallas, TX area. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on field leader with proven experience managing tilt‑wall crews, coordinating subcontractors, and driving projects from mobilization through final completion.

• Lead and manage all field operations for tilt‑wall construction projects
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection agencies
• Oversee tilt‑wall panel forming, pouring, lifting, and erection operations
• Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve field issues
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on site
• Conduct daily site walks and progress meetings
• Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget goals

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects
• Direct experience with tilt‑wall construction required
• Strong knowledge of site logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient with project documentation and reporting tools
