Construction Coordinator - Aviation

Job Description

ICMS is actively seeking a full-time Construction Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX for an aviation project. This is a key role focused on meticulous documentation, verifying contractor work against project plans and specifications, and ensuring overall compliance and quality control throughout multiple construction phases. We require an experienced, self‑motivated professional who can establish work plans, manage project priorities independently, and ensure all project schedules are met.

• Conduct all construction site inspections to ensure appropriate quality control and gather all necessary project permits.
• Manage Contracting processes and complete Weekly PSR reporting.
• Supervise multiple construction phases simultaneously and prepare daily construction progress reports.
• Manage all official communication with Contractors and Construction Managers.
• Assist management with preparing weekly project cost logs and schedule tracking reports.
• Assist with presentation development, follow‑up on project meetings, and preparing project documentation.
• Perform Bid Take‑offs as needed to confirm quantities.
• Collaborate with the Construction team to resolve progress queries and ensure adherence to all site safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supply chain management for bidding proposals, evaluating contract work, and designing project AFE (Authorization for Expenditure).
• Identify all pipeline and access road locations according to engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
• Prepare, secure approval for, and distribute all project implementation documents.
• Attend all project meetings and maintain accurate records of construction dates and project costs.

• Previous experience in construction project management and detailed project documentation.
• Experience verifying contractor work is in general conformance with plans and specifications.
• Proven ability to work independently, establish work plans, and meet demanding project schedules.
• Experience with terminal and concourse construction is strongly preferred.
