Overview
We have a Construction Project Manager (Owner's Rep) position available with our company Watchdog Real Estate Project Management in Dallas, TX.
- This position will focus on overseeing construction projects in the retail & restaurant space.
- Must have commercial construction experience!

We offer a high-level base salary range along with an annual bonus structure.
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Accurately report and forecast project budgets and schedules.
- Lead construction meetings on projects. Serve as liaison between the client and all other project resources.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- MUST have commercial construction experience
