A respected and growing Commercial General Contractor in Dallas is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their preconstruction team. The company specializes in ground-up commercial construction across healthcare, grocery, automotive, office, and industrial sectors, with a strong and consistent project pipeline.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for ground-up commercial projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor pricing
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Work closely with project managers and preconstruction teams
• Participate in value engineering and budget development
• Support project handoff from preconstruction to operations

• Minimum 4–6+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience on ground-up commercial projects
• Experience across healthcare, grocery, office, automotive, or industrial projects preferred
• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Long-term career progression with a stable GC
• Diverse project portfolio across Dallas-Fort Worth
