Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with proven experience leading large-scale ground-up commercial projects valued at $75M+ in the DFW market. This role is ideal for a field leader who has successfully delivered complex, multi-story commercial developments and thrives in high-visibility, schedule-driven environments.

The Superintendent will be responsible for full on-site execution from mobilization through turnover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead all on-site construction activities for large ground-up commercial projects ($75M+)
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with Project Management
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings and maintain strong communication with ownership and design teams
• Drive schedule performance and proactively mitigate field challenges
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout procedures

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Documented experience leading at least one ground-up project valued at $75M or greater
• Experience with large-scale commercial sectors such as office, healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, or industrial
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred)
• Proven ability to manage large crews and complex subcontractor coordination
