Project Executive - Data Center Construction

The Project Executive will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects critical to Crusoe’s Digital Infrastructure segment. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of multiple complex, mission-critical projects—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role will be based out of Crusoe’s Dallas, TX office, with regular travel to an undisclosed project site within Texas (or beyond) as required.

• Lead complex, hyperscale AI data center construction projects from early execution through completion
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of construction industry professionals
• Own and manage large-scale project budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• Serve as a key leader on some of Crusoe’s largest and most strategically critical projects
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners
• Travel as needed (up to ~30%) to project sites within Texas to oversee execution and delivery

• 10+ years of experience in construction management on mission-critical or highly complex projects
• Preferred backgrounds include hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or complex manufacturing facilities
• Proven track record of delivering challenging projects on time and on (or under) budget
• Deep understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines and evolving conditions
• Comfort operating at an executive level while remaining hands‑on when needed

Base Salary Range: $220,000 – $240,000 + bonus

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
