This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a New Construction Commercial Estimator. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project managers and clients. Key responsibilities include conducting site visits, analyzing construction plans, preparing detailed budgets, and supporting project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of roofing projects.

• Experience in Construction Estimating and Budgeting
• Strong Communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Roofs, materials, and construction methods
• Project Management skills, including planning and organization
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
• Knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
