Superintendent, Construction

We’re hiring an experienced Ground-Up Superintendent to lead field operations on upcoming projects across the DFW area
, including churches, banks and multi-story buildings
.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on leader who can manage full‑site construction from sitework through closeout
, ensuring safety, quality and schedule performance on $10M–$20M ground‑up builds
.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day‑to‑day jobsite operations from mobilization to turnover
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
• Oversee scheduling, manpower, and production planning
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain jobsite standards
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and project documents
• Lead weekly meetings and communicate progress to project leadership
• Drive quality control and punchlist completion through closeout

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Superintendent experience on ground‑up construction projects
• Strong background in churches, banks, and 2‑story building construction
• Experience managing projects in the $10M–$20M range
• Ability to run multiple subcontractors and keep work on schedule
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• OSHA knowledge and strong safety‑first mindset
