Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY with offices in Dallas, TX is recruiting for Superintendents to travel the country building and renovating restaurants. Summary: Manages resources and subcontractors safety, efficiency, and productivity. Provide overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at clients facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent is strongly desired
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customer and architects
  • Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid drivers license
  • Team player
  • Must be able to Travel
  • Ensuring that safety practices are followed on job site
  • Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions
