Construction Superintendent- K12

A well-established Commercial General Contractor in the DFW area is looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up projects across the K-12 and Municipal sectors.

You’ll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. You’ll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, driving the programme, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from ground-up through completion
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics
• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors
• Drive programme and resolve on-site challenges proactively

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on K-12 and/or Municipal projects
• Track record of managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+
• Strong tenure with previous employers
• Ability to lead teams and maintain project schedules effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
