Senior Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers and trade partners, this role oversees daily field operations, coordinates subcontractors, and proactively resolves jobsite challenges to support successful project delivery across Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety
• Coordinate all phases of construction, including subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• Maintain and drive project schedules to meet or exceed deadlines
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and permitting requirements
• Lead subcontractor meetings and support submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing processes
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs and progress reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve workflows and outcomes
• Apply Lean Construction principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience
• Degree preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using construction technology
