Construction Superintendent

A reputable Commercial General Contractor in the DFW market is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of ground‑up commercial projects across the Metroplex.

Project values range from $5M–$50M+.

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through completion
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Inspectors
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
• Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site professionalism

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
• Experience using construction management software is preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
