Senior Field Superintendent - Data Center Projects

Position Summary

The Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations on construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to established quality standards. This role plays a critical part in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing site logistics, and supporting overall project execution while working closely with the Lead Superintendent and project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, and site logistics
• Track progress and maintain alignment with project timelines
• Enforce safety and QA/QC standards
• Lead field coordination meetings and communicate with project teams
• Identify and help resolve field issues
• Maintain site documentation and reporting
• Support overall field execution in partnership with the Lead Superintendent and Project Managers

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of construction field experience
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination
• Experience with data center or mission-critical environments preferred
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive field productivity
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
