Metric DCX is partnering with an ENR Top-10 General Contractor to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent for large-scale Healthcare Construction projects across the United States.

Multiple opportunities available across Texas, Florida, Arizona, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and other major healthcare construction markets.
The Opportunity:The Senior Superintendent will lead all field operations on complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
Responsibilities include:- Leading day-to-day field operations for hospital and healthcare construction projects
- Managing project schedules, logistics, and subcontractor coordination
- Driving safety, quality, and production across all phases of construction
- Coordinating work in active and occupied healthcare environments
- Overseeing trade partner performance and workforce planning
- Leading project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders
- Managing project milestones and ensuring schedule commitments are achieved
- Mentoring Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and site teams
- Experience as a Senior Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Proven success delivering healthcare construction projects, hospital construction projects, or medical facility construction projects
- Experience with ground-up construction, healthcare renovations, expansions, and occupied facility work
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, scheduling, and field leadership
- Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and complex project environments
