Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will lead all phases of luxury residential construction while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage high-end custom home projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and field teams
• Oversee procurement of materials, finishes, and specialty selections
• Maintain direct communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications and design intent
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, logistical, or construction challenges
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project documentation
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and inspection requirements

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience
• Strong experience managing high-end custom home or luxury residential projects
• Deep understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finish quality standards
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
