Area Manager, Construction Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Area Manager who takes pride in wrapping up projects — someone who sees challenges as opportunities, understands product care and warranties, and makes sure our builder customers feel confident from start to finish.

• Building strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitating, walking, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating updates of installations.
• Verifying job completion in a timely, cost‑effective manner.
• Communicating with internal and external customers, as well as installers to ensure solid planning and resolution of installation processes.
• Minimizing discounts and resolving customer back charges.

• Field operations experience preferred; knowledge of Wisenbaker processes a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communicator, detail‑oriented, and comfortable making on‑the‑spot decisions to keep projects moving.
