Job Description

• Lead daily field operations for K-12/public sector construction projects-ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain close communication with district representatives, architects, and internal project teams.
• Enforce site logistics, documentation, inspections, and compliance with all education-sector requirements.
• Manage punch-out, turnover, and close-out processes to ensure a smooth handoff to school districts.

The Successful Applicant

• K-12 or public-sector construction experience is required, ideally with Texas ISD project exposure.
• Strong background in managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects.
• Stable work history (no more than 3 companies in the last 7 years is preferred).
• Proven ability to lead field teams, coordinate trades, and represent the contractor professionally to district stakeholders.
