Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Post-Tension Stressing Technician to join a growing team in Dallas, TX. This hands-on role involves stressing and cutting post-tension tendons on active construction sites while ensuring quality standards and safety compliance are met.
Technicians will travel locally using a company-provided vehicle and utilize company-issued tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Stress and cut post-tension tendons according to project specifications
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot stressing equipment
- Follow work orders and site directives accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project completion
- Uphold professionalism and high service standards on job sites
- Experience or knowledge of construction practices (post-tension or concrete construction preferred)
- Familiarity with post-tension systems and related tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of job-site safety protocols
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites
