Job Responsibilities
- Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Dig, back‑fill, and install
- Load and unload materials
- Safely operate company vehicle and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Previous general labor experience in construction or working outdoors
- Must be able to bend and stoop and lift 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record
- We are a drug‑free workplace. Must undergo a pre‑employment drug test and background check
- Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus
- Year‑round work and overtime pay
- Medical insurance

- $15/hr - $17/hr (depending on experience)
