Superintendent – New Build Steakhouse/Casual Dining – Travel (GCCM)

Kelley Construction is a commercial and industrial general contractor licensed across many states.

Summary:

Manages resources and subcontractors' safety, efficiency, and productivity. Provides overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at client facilities.

• 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent (strongly desired)
• Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers, and architects
• Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry
• Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software
• Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license
• Team player
• Must be able to travel
• Ensures safety practices are followed on job site
• Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions
