As a Construction Materials Testing Project Manager
, you will be at the forefront of our projects, overseeing and coordinating the testing and inspection of construction materials on various job sites. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive materials of the highest standard, while also contributing to the safety and longevity of the structures they are building.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership
    :
    Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians and inspectors, ensuring their training, development, and safety on-site.
  • Quality Assurance
    :
    Oversee and conduct various tests on construction materials, including concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, and more, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Project Coordination
    :
    Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to schedule and coordinate testing activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    :
    Analyze test results, generate comprehensive reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders, offering guidance for any necessary adjustments.
  • Compliance and Regulation
    :
    Stay up-to-date with relevant codes, regulations, and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices and legal requirements.
  • Client Management
    :
    Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in construction materials testing and inspection.
    • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of relevant ASTM, ACI, and AASHTO testing methods and standards.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in interpreting testing data.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
