Overview
Skanska seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on assigned projects. The role ensures projects are safe, timely, profitable and compliant with contract documents, schedules and regulations.
Responsibilities- Supervise field craft labor and non-craft personnel.
- Drive project construction in a safe, ethical manner.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets and quality control.
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve project issues.
- 8+ years creating a safety, QA/QC culture.
- 5+ years in a top‑leadership position for multiple projects.
- 15+ years building and construction experience.
- 10+ years experience scheduling and prioritizing activities.
- 10+ years experience identifying risks and implementing mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent, or 8+ years experience plus 10 years relevant experience.
