Senior Superintendent – Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction

yWe are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for complex wastewater treatment plant construction and expansion projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing heavy civil and water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, process piping, concrete structures, and mechanical equipment installations

• es Provide overall site leadership for wastewater treatment plant construction projects ranging from $20M to $200M
• +.Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities, subcontractors, self-perform crews, and field staf
• f.Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project management team
• s.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental requirement
• s.Lead site safety meetings, inspections, and incident prevention initiative
• s.Coordinate work between civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation trade
• s.Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficienc
• y.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work complies with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory standard
• s.Interface with owners, engineers, inspectors, and municipal representative
• s.Assist with manpower planning, equipment utilization, and procurement coordinatio
• n.Mentor and develop superintendents, foremen, and field engineer
• s.Resolve field conflicts, schedule challenges, and construction issues in a proactive manne
