TX Solutions is a luxury residential design‑build firm specializing in custom homes, major renovations, additions, and architecturally driven residential projects throughout Dallas‑Fort‑Worth.

As our custom home division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure our projects are delivered with exceptional quality, organization, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys leading teams, and understands that building luxury homes requires more than simply managing a schedule – it requires communication, problem‑solving, and a commitment to excellence.

The Superintendent will oversee residential construction projects from commencement through completion, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with approved plans, project specifications, company standards, safety regulations, and applicable building codes. The Superintendent serves as the field leader for assigned projects and works closely with project managers, clients, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure a successful outcome.

• Oversee all field operations from project kickoff through final completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Monitor construction schedules and maintain project timelines
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify availability of required resources
• Proactively identify and resolve field‑related challenges

• Conduct ongoing quality inspections throughout construction
• Verify that all work meets Build

• Ensure proper execution of architectural and design details
• Coordinate project punch lists and final project completion
• Assist with warranty and post‑construction follow‑up as needed

• Serve as the primary field representative for assigned projects
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, designers, project managers, and trade partners
• Attend project meetings and provide field updates
• Document project progress through daily logs, photos, reports, and schedules
• Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors

• Maintain organized, clean, and professional jobsites
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and jobsite requirements
• Coordinate municipal and third‑party inspections
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
