A fast-growing data center developer is looking for a Senior Construction PM to join their team in the Dallas area. This is an owner's rep position, not a GC role. You'll be the developer's eyes and ears on ground‑up hyperscale builds, managing delivery from preconstruction through commissioning.
Qualifications- 5–7 years in construction project management (data center / mission critical a big plus)
- Strong MEP coordination and design management experience
- Comfortable working owner-side or keen to make the move from GC
- Based in Dallas–Fort Worth area or Texas region
- Happy with small amount of travel (2 nights every other week)
