Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical

We are working with a well-established national subcontractor that delivers complex scope packages on some of the largest hyperscale data center developments across the United States. Due to continued growth within the Mission Critical sector, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Superintendent to support projects in the Dallas market.

This is a key site leadership position, working in close coordination with major General Contractors and project stakeholders on large-scale, fast-paced data center builds.

• Lead field operations for assigned projects, with full responsibility for site execution, safety, and schedule performance
• Coordinate closely with General Contractors, project management teams, and other trades to ensure seamless delivery of critical scopes
• Oversee subcontractor activities, manpower planning, and daily site logistics
• Drive adherence to project schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies where required
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality control, and compliance across all site operations
• Participate in planning meetings, progress reporting, and client coordination sessions
• Mentor and develop field staff, including Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent within the construction industry
• Strong background delivering Mission Critical projects, with a focus on data centers preferred
• Previous experience working for a recognized top-tier General Contractor is essential
• Track record of managing large-scale, complex projects in live or fast-track environments
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site management best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to be site-based in the Dallas area
