Position Overview
Staxmatic is seeking a Material Handler to support field operations on commercial construction job sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are properly coordinated, delivered, and organized to support productivity, safety, and overall project efficiency.
The Material Handler works closely with field leadership and trade crews to maintain material flow, job site organization, and inventory accuracy while supporting daily construction operations.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly Pay:
Up to $25 per hour, based on experience and overall fit - Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on project needs - Pay Frequency:

- Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and site logistics to support field operations
- Load, unload, transport, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment across job sites
- Track material inventory, maintain accurate records, and report shortages or delays to leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment at all times
- Support site safety practices and promote a hazard-free work area
- Deliver and return materials using a company vehicle as required
- Assist trade crews as needed to support overall project progress
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
- 2-3 years of experience in construction, warehouse, or material handling roles preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory tracking systems or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with field teams
- Experience supporting commercial construction job sites
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Prior experience with material inventory tracking and logistics coordination
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
