Responsibilities- Promote and enforce safety standards on the job site, setting clear expectations for safe work practices.
- Develop and maintain a look-ahead schedule while tracking overall progress.
- Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment and execution.
- Analyze and oversee labor productivity and quantities.
- Prepare and update daily logs and periodic reports.
- Verify that all work complies with drawings, specifications and established quality requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities.
- Support and mentor field engineers.
- Ability to analyze and interpret Contract Documents.
- Applicants shall have extensive (10+ years) field experience in water and wastewater construction. This role requires mobility and willingness to travel or relocate.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all Project Stakeholders.
